CasinWorks is the independent engineering practice of Christian Joshua Casin, based in Mandaluyong, Philippines. This policy explains what personal information CasinWorks keeps, why it is kept, and how you can delete it. CasinWorks does not sell personal information and does not use it for advertising.
The CasinWorks app and the signed-in portal at casinworks.com/portal are a client and subcontractor workspace for engagements with CasinWorks. Creating an account is optional until you need that workspace.
When you create an account, CasinWorks stores:
That information is used to attach your account to the right engagement, to answer consultation requests, and to run the portal. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google). Account records are stored in Cloud Firestore.
If you book a consultation, CasinWorks stores the time you asked for, how long it should run, your name, email, company if you provided one, and any notes you type. You can add that booking to the calendar on your device. Calendar access stays on the device. CasinWorks does not read your other calendar events.
If you apply to an open posting as a subcontractor, CasinWorks stores the posting you applied to, your account id, and the email on the account so the application can be reviewed.
Quotations, purchase orders, invoices, remittances, and other files attached to an engagement are business and tax records. They are shown in the portal to the client on that engagement and to CasinWorks. Files are stored in Firebase Storage. Those records stay with CasinWorks even if you delete your account.
CasinWorks does not collect photos, camera images, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. The iOS app includes libraries that can reference photo, camera, or location APIs. Purpose strings are required for those APIs. The app does not use that data to identify you, and it is not sent to CasinWorks.
The app may open a document or this policy in Safari, and it may ask to save a consultation to Calendar. Fonts used in the app may be fetched from Google Fonts.
casinworks.com uses Vercel Analytics for basic traffic (such as page views). It does not use advertising cookies.
If you submit an inquiry, the name, email, organization, and message you enter are sent to CasinWorks so the request can be answered. That submission may be stored in a spreadsheet used only for inquiries. Please do not put sensitive information in the form.
CasinWorks uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Storage) to host accounts and portal data, Vercel to host the website, and, for site inquiries, the inquiry endpoint configured for this site. Those providers process data on CasinWorks’ instructions to operate the service. They are not given it for their own advertising.
Account, consultation, and application records are kept while the account exists. Inquiry submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, then reviewed and removed (typically within 12–24 months) unless a longer period is required for a legitimate business purpose. Engagement documents needed for business or tax records are kept for that purpose.
You delete a CasinWorks account in the iOS or Android app, or on the web portal. Sign in, open Account, then choose Delete my account and confirm with your password. On the web that is casinworks.com/portal/account. CasinWorks does not require you to email or call to close an account.
Deleting the account removes your profile, your consultation requests, and your subcontractor applications, and signs you out. It cannot be undone. Quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and remittances already issued for an engagement stay with CasinWorks as business and tax records.

CasinWorks is a professional engineering workspace. It is not directed at children under 13, and CasinWorks does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
